boasting a live arena, live stage and 20,000 square metres of expo space, the London Motor & Tech show is back.
This year's event returns to ExCel London between 16th-19th May 2019.
The largest Motor & Tech show in the UK is set to return to London this May. The London Motor Show will take place from the 16th to the 19th - this year featuring more cars, more content, more fun and more displays than ever (as expected).
This year's show is set to embrace three huge halls including a live arena, stage and over 20,000 square metres of expo space. In which, arenas will host astounding stunts, product demonstrations and a collection of motoring legends, all of whom will conduct Q&A's across the live stage along with meet and greets throughout.
So, what should you be looking out for? As usual, you'll be able to see all of the latest and greatest cars, with selections from Aston Martin and Land Rover to Ford, BMW and much more, all ready for you to inspect inside, and out.
You'll also be able to talk to the experts around each showcase and discuss the vehicles in front of you. So, whether you're considering going along to see the cutting-edge offerings on display or if you're in the market for something new – the show will feature a car range tailored towards you.
What's more, the hottest supercars will be on display in what's described as the 'Supercar Paddock' – where you can view some of the most amazing speed-demon machines ever made. You'll be able to get up, close and personal to a selection of million pound cars, before watching them race and show-off around the live arena.
In the same live arena, you can bear witness to thrilling stunt driving, or even ride shotgun in a Caterham drift taxi – all before enjoying the overall London car show parade. If that wasn't enough to prove there's something for everyone at the event, this year the 'Kidz Zone' will be opening its doors to budding drive enthusiasts.
Mini drivers will have exhibits dedicated to them, as well as activities to keep them occupied across the event, such as model building and drawing competitions ensuring the little ones can take part too.
Across the neighbouring arena, back by popular demand from previous years – the 'BIG' arena will be returning. Filled with some of the most intriguing bespoke vehicles ever created, American trucks, dancing cars and more modified motors, there's even more to be seen this time around. Overall meaning if you're a car enthusiast, there's really no excuse not to go this time around.
Finally, at the end of the week – the British Motor Show will exhibit the prestigious world car of the year winners, all together, for the first time. The world car garage will offer a glimpse into the 2020 contenders as well as celebrate its 2019 winners.
